Good food prepared in a genuine way
At breakfast you'll already get to know a part of South Tyrol: home-made jams, mostly made from self-harvested fruit, juices, home-made dried fruit, cereals, yoghurt, tasty bread from the local bakery, regional cheese, eggs, meat slices, ham, and of course the renowned South Tyrolean bacon.
At dinner we serve at least 3 to 4 courses, and on festive days also 5 to 6 courses. Spaghetti Aglio-Olio or cream of mushroom soup could be the starter. Afterwards you might enjoy a fine piece of roast veal with capers sauce, broccoli vegetables, oven potatoes and a mixed salad. And finally a menu could end with some classic South Tyrolean apple pie or homemade tiramisu.
Herbs, vegetables and salad from our own garden are always the best ingredients for a tasty meal. Hand-picked berries and mushrooms are served on a regular basis. We always strive to purchase from local suppliers.
We combine genuine South Tyrolean cuisine with an Italian touch. A meal rounded off with a good glass of wine is the best way to end a beautiful skiing or hiking day.
